Search for an Instructional Services Manager

The Department of Chemistry is searching for an Instructional Services Manager to coordinate instruction in upper level laboratory classes. This includes the instruction of students and teaching assistants, teaching and monitoring safety in a laboratory environment, and the operation and teaching of complex scientific instrumentation used for instruction.  The individual will collaborate with faculty on instructional design and assessment of students in a laboratory setting.  The individual will be responsible for laboratory functions related to instruction of students, including the assurance that the appropriate chemicals, materials, equipment and facilities are available.  The individual will develop laboratory experiments in conjunction with faculty. Work hours may vary, with evening hours required during evening student instructional lab sessions.
